Poor service

I gave my mom a gift card to do some procedure here, and I wanted to go to a consultation myself to understand what advice to take. I made an appointment for both of us electronically, via my e-mail. When we arrived at the clinic, we realized that the administrators had confused everything - initially they had confused the recording time, then, from the e-mails, they realized that the time is different, in the end I did not have an appointment at all. I thought I could come another time, but in the end I was told that I could already be taken for a consultation. When I applied for the visit, I indicated which consultant I wanted, but I was not offered options, just sent to dr. Jelena Rutkovska. It should be said at the outset that management should monitor the language skills of its staff. The doctor has, to put it mildly, very poor English language skills. The doctor did not understand most of my questions at all, because I speak english. For example, I said that I once used an ointment on my face where there were antibiotics, to which the doctor replied that I needed to look for some micellar water or something without antibacterial substances. It remains to be seen whether the doctor does not distinguish between antibiotics and antibacterial agents or whether it is such a very bad language. I asked about the procedures against stretch marks to which I received an answer that stretch marks could not be got rid of at all. Asked what skin I have. It seemed strange to me at that moment, I have come to the consultation, I asked what procedure I would be better to perform and the dermatologist does not even see what kind of skin I have - dry, normal, oily...Ask me. To which I replied that I had a hard time judging for myself - my hands were drier, my stomach seemed normal, but the doctor didn't look at me either. I already understood during the consultation that I would perform the procedures elsewhere, so I didn't feel stressed and looked at everything with a slight irony. I paid 30 - to find out that stretch marks can not be removed, but there are no recommendations to prevent them from occurring during pregnancy - there is nothing you can do. Even on the Internet you can find various, not 100 percent, but still feminine tricks - moisturizing creams, contrast showers, etc. Tt.to prevent them from occurring during pregnancy there is no recommendation - nothing can be done. I didn't feel very good about myself, but I was disappointed with my mother's visit. I gave the opportunity to clean the face - skin sanding. In the consultation, the mother was explained that the procedure could not be performed because facial cleansing was needed, but it would be better to perform another procedure, because this procedure is very painful, leaving scabs and so... So far already good. Mom asked if it was possible to do a facial cleansing here or maybe some other procedure, if once it was sanded it would leave scars. The answers, of course, in broken Canadian and I will quote: "... I do not know, there is a problematic face, there are lumps, you pressed? You can press... Maybe peeling, maybe massage '. The beautician can, I don't know, "followed by the question - what procedure do you recommend, which would be best for me after cleansing the face, so that the face would be cleaner, smoother? Answer: "I don't know, botox, laser '.. I don't know... Maybe peeling'... ". Such a consultation cost 40, - in general, of course, I will not perform any procedures in this clinic. I don't know if all the doctors there are so unprofessional, but I look at the sudzibas.ca website about this clinic and what I read is very scary! Basically, a newly opened clinic with "doctors" amateurs. I believe that the equipment is modern and good, but what does it give if you work with it unprofessionally... I very much hope that I will be able to recover the remaining gift card money, because at this place I will buy a face cream at best...
