Wont issue a refund

Been waiting 8 months for a refund for an event cancelled due to COVID. They owe us $250. Responded once months ago and then went dark. Hugely disappointing! User’s recommendation: Do not use.

On February 25, 2020, I purchased tickets via BROWN PAPER TICKETS to a community theater play for $35.48. The play was canceled due to Covid-19. I requested a refund.
