I bought the Freedom m303 less than two years ago. From the very first day, I sensed that it would not be good, because there was a quiet static sound from the speaker. I noticed that the 3.5mm audio port didn't work as it should. A week later, I noticed that some dust had accumulated under the screen (in the corner). after a few months, dust had accumulated under almost the entire screen, but it didn't bother me. After a year, the phone started shutting out without any warning, even if there was still some 40% battery. It seems to me that it was my fault for choosing Just5 because several of my friends have had Just5 phones and they have all had bad experiences with them. I'm ashamed that Just5 is a Canadian company... :(
