08/22/2020. I came to the VS4 dermatology clinic for a consultation with dermatologist Mia Linova to look at the pigmentation spots on the face. Looking at my natural sunburn, hyperpigmentation and spider-type hemangioma, the doctor recommended a laser ELOS TRINITY PLUS head treatment. To the questions: How? WHAT? WHAT? replied very quickly, dryly and without explanation. Optical dermascopy was performed (face was photographed). The visit lasted no more than 7 minutes in total, the price is 53 dollars, for this money you could also pay more attention, explain and do not rush! Said to arrive in late October. When I leave the office, I think that the doctor already knows what he is doing and this laser is not new either (2019). 10/24/2020 I will come to the procedure. Everything happened very quickly, the questionnaire was completed and the procedure itself, without a face examination before the procedure. In general, everything lasted no more than 10 minutes, price 150 dollars. The result is completely burnt facial skin. Same day do not see, but in the morning SHOCK! To the Watsh App I send the doctor a photo, I ask if this is normal, the answer is unsatisfactory, it should not be. The doctor recommends lightness: we apply the tonal, nothing will go away in 10 days. With the tonal even more awful. As soon as I arrived at the doctor, she gave me free ointment to smear my face. Said if you need another procedure to even out your skin tone, then it will be done for free. (NEVER!). In the 11th day the scabs went completely, I look terrible, the burns are completely white, I am variegated. How much of an experience not only for me but for my family. Which will compensate for moral damage and two weeks of absence from work. Now I can't go to people in particular, but I have to go to work. What a doctor! But you have to watch, not so stormy and think professionally. VS4 could return € 203 for the hell I'm still experiencing and I don't know how long the facial tone will resemble. (Tonal doesn't help, everything is visible anyway). Advice to the doctor: to be more responsible, calmer and not in a hurry, but to pay more attention to patients.
