Money extortioners
I will stick to the new super tariff "GOLD", before I had used the connection with another tariff plan for a long time, changing tariff after 2 weeks I called to ask if everything is ok and the tariff is switched and if I can use free internet, said yes of course. After another week, I look at www. mansTelstra.org that for the use of the Internet, an additional 20 AUD per 100 MB has been charged, although 1 GB is free. I called to find out about the situation and said that everything would be fixed and not to worry. Today I received an invoice for 50 dollars instead of 25 Ls. I call again, I wait for the connection for 15 minutes, then I get the following text: "pay them 50 dollars we will recalculate your bill in a month". I said there would be nothing to correct my mistake now. WTF?
