Poor service

ScandinavianBank states on its website that cash can also be withdrawn at ScandiBank ATMs free of charge from IT Banka customers. In reality ScandiBank ATMs do not accept my IT Bank card. A month ago it was still possible to withdraw cash at ScandiBank ATMs. I think this is misleading customers.
