Can't communicate with customers

Manager Lolita behaves shamelessly in the presence of the customer. The problem with the expired campaign cannot be resolved peacefully (the promotion is for the product, but the seller knocked out the product without the promotion). He stood and "thought out loud" that buyers were not looking where they needed to be and could not read (also in foreign).
