Unscheduled Laboratory Work
I arrived at the laboratory to hand over my child's urine tests. The lab opens at 8:00, I arrived at 8:05. I took the room and realized that I would have to spend a long time. Before me there were 11 more people, among them two pregnant women who, according to their case, were just diagnosed with pregnancy, thus joining the queue plus two more people. Then another room lights up at the reception, after which a mother with a child or a pregnant woman must arrive, but a pensioner arrives. All due respect to retirees, but now no one fits into a certain room category. Where does this person have to hurry? But still accepted and, consequently, plus another person. Then the 114 serial number lights up, but as it turned out later, the 135 serial number was taken, so plus one more person... The day before, in the afternoon, I was with the baby to pass a blood test. There were two registrars and all three offices where analyzes are accepted. In the morning there was only one receptionist and one office. One man asked if it was every morning where the answer was yes. Then the question arises, why in the morning, when there is such a large flow and many hope in time to pass the analysis, to be able to work working only one registrar and one cabinet? I stand in line for one hour and ten minutes.
