Make sure not to buy anything from Brookstone, since the company went bankrupt they don’t back up anything you bought from their stores that has an issue! Very cold and unfriendly costumer service !

I bought a a shiatsu massager from the store before closing and it is not working, They cant supply any parts or replacements because it was bought from the store before they went bankrupt, also very cold impersonal costumer service. User’s recommendation: Do not buy if you might need future support!
