Screwed up my order twice for custom magnets. This happened before, so I emailed to remind them of previous problem. Unapologetic, and unwilling to assist without a lot of complaining on our part. Helped, then charged for extra shipping, then held us hostage for originals, then offered to sell back again. Horrible guy Jim owns the place.... Read more➤
