Low quality product, irresponsible attitude
At the beginning of January I ordered an iron, which arrived at the place of my choice with severely damaged packaging as well as damaged the surface of the iron itself. The product was not usable. I sent an email, called, everything without answers. I went to the office itself, where I handed over the iron in exchange for an acceptance certificate describing the condition of the iron. Said to call, but it is February, still no news! Diagnostic detection time - no longer than 30 days. Does it really take that long to identify an obvious defect? Or rather, not to be able to return the item if the decision is unsatisfactory. My mistake was to change the technique to a quality one (there was too much chakra before to just ask for a refund), which is obviously not worth the wait!
