Can only reach them by requesting a call back and then calls are returned at 1:20am or 11:05pm. One call back came through at 4:19pm but disconnected shortly after I answered. Representatives seem totally unconcerned about getting the customer connected with a specialist which you have to speak with to initiate a claim.
