Cancelled service and they keep billing me!!!

I cancelled my service, but they keep charging my credit card, even though i’ve called twice!! I also filled out the DOCU SIGN document they emailed to me!!! Yesterday I called and was told he took care of it!! User’s recommendation: stay away.
