Hello, I wanted to advise you to pay attention to the product description in the online store www.1a.info. The info that surprised me when I received the product is quite important to me, so I was disappointed. Situation: I received the ordered phone today. I was unpleasantly surprised by several things: 1. The packaging (box and phone) was "carried" - a little dirty. Well, I guess the phone could have been removed and checked, but why was the box crammed even inside? 2. The phone has a Micro SIM card that I didn't expect. (This was not their fault, but could already be mentioned in the description.) 3. The last and most unpleasant reason why I wrote this complaint at all - THE PLUG FOR CHARGING THE PHONE IS ENGLISH / AMERICAN (with 3 "horns"), NOT USDOPEAN / American (with 2). The good news - had put in a converter. It would be better to take care of a normal charger so that fleas do not multiply at home... Cynthia
