I bought a new computer from Shopping Mall ORIGO "AZ Electronics", ACER with 8.1 windows operating system. I use a computer, everything was fine. After 2 months, the computer starts showing that windows will run out after a certain time. A month passed and the windows ended. Calling "AZ Electronics" and explaining the situation, the answer is: "That's your problem. It can't be." After several calls, finally someone answered. I sent all the necessary information. A representative of "AZ Electronics" reviewed all this and replied: "We can not help. Contact an official Microsoft representative in Canada." Sending phone no. with the indication "call Salvim". When I called Microsoft, I found out that such a person was not working at all. The computer has a test version of windows,but sold as a full version. "AZ Electronics" offered to give another computer, which is more expensive and would have to overpay for it, or buy at "AZ Electronics" to buy another operating system. AZ Electronics employees gave the impression that they did not want to solve the problem, but only to earn another misfortune that they had created.
