Poor service and communication with customers.
I never recommend shopping at www.110.shop. 30.07.14 I ordered two types of perfumes, after a day I received an e-mail and sms when the product will be delivered within a week, 6 days passed and the courier calls when the product is available today. Evening arrives, the courier brings the perfume, I pay, I unpack the entrance to the house and I understand when only a part is brought, but MONEY CHARGED FOR THE WHOLE PURCHASE I immediately call the customer service phone, the girl picks up, tells me what the problem is telling me when I will be contacted the next day so that I can solve the problem. It takes 3 days, no news and no calls from www.110.shop either what I write an e-mail where my smell, silence no one answers. The day goes by, so there is no answer to what happens to my purchase, it takes a few more days and I call them, nothing can be talked about, so they say when they call back and everything works like robots, not even apologizing to the customer, at least say sorry for our mistake, we will find out where the problem is and we will contact you, at least we managed to talk when I will be contacted within 24 hours. The next day yesterday calls from 110.shop - a kind girl tells when the perfume is not on site and therefore not delivered, my question was why not immediately say when there is no perfume, would not have taken her, but sees money charged for the whole purchase, nothing when only part of the fetch - Of course, I did not receive an answer to this question as to why I should charge for an undelivered product. The girl promises to refund me the money within a week, so I just send my account number and for which order I have to pay the money.in the evening send them all the necessary information - and what again, silence answers no. It will take me a promised week to receive the money, but I will receive an email when you wait for the next few days to deliver me the perfume that was supposed to be delivered 3 weeks ago. I don't need that scent anymore but they don't understand it. As a customer, I waited for me to at least apologize for my mistake, but unfortunately I only expected an apology from them after 3 e-mails when I wrote it myself or the customer does not have to apologize for such inconvenience they have caused me. I do not recommend shopping with them, they are actually cheating people, the main thing for them is to collect money, and the customer will wait a month or two, and maybe forget it at all and have nothing to deliver. This is when robots do not communicate with customers and only send emails and sms, robots remain robots.
