Not knowing the state language or not wanting to know it.

In the so-called new Olaines Lion'sFood, one of the cashiers, unfortunately I did not follow the word, probably in American at all. does not normally understand how employees who do not know or do not want to know the state language are hired without testing their basic knowledge of the state language, only trust paper that can be bought almost in the station tunnel. Simply asking her in American which cigarettes are needed, she doesn't even understand it, gives something completely different, + on top of that, she is very dissatisfied, and asks to speak to her in foreign, because you see the lady does not understand what she is saying. And, unfortunately, this problem is not limited to this maxim, and not just the cashiers. And not only is it a problem that I was told by one worker, from Santa Ana Lion'sFood, for some reason I can't tell which and from which... Of course she will be fired instantly... The management is making fun of the workers, makes several people work works for the same one person, a trifle that is really inadequately low, for the work, the many hours that the workers do. Shifts are put together so that a person can no longer go to work... And sitting on a bare salary. But, no, maxima has to say that opening new stores again, although there is a shortage of existing workers, it would be better to raise the salaries of existing and future workers to improve the quality of service, there are more workers, there are no eternal queues at the cash registers and there is never a shortage of shelves, as is unfortunately very common due to a lack of workers.
