Last 2 times we visited the Braums here in Carthage, the products we ordered were poor quality and service was not good.we User’s recommendation: we would recommend if things change.

Arrived at Braum’s 8:50. I had go ask for my food 15 minutes later . when getting my dbl biscuits and gravy it was cold no apologies or refund etc. User’s recommendation: Bad service.
