Poor service

Hello, I ordered a large set of chicken burgers and told me to wait for the burger to be brought. In the meantime, other orders were accepted. Served everyone else except me. I waited 30 minutes and did not receive the order and left. Management should intervene there, because Hekburger Freedom Street is a mess, not a service. Employees look at the wall.
