Damaged packaging in the shipment

The shipment arrived late and the packaging was damaged. I understand that the shipment may be delayed due to an emergency situation, but this does not mean that the packaging of the shipment must be completely damaged. The packet looks as if it has been grabbed at the corners and tossed around. Very lucky to have bubble wrap inside if it weren't for the whole order. The following customer service is provided.
