I am so dissatisfied with their fake advertisement.

I am a school teacher and I used brainpop.com website to download short education videos. Two weeks later I received a bill for $440 for these videos. However, when I was watching them there was written that this service is free. I am so dissatisfied with their fake advertisement. They can’t control their own website.
