RNP Management Invoice
For 28. 3kv. m. At Pernavas Street 37, Melbourne, an apartment without heating and hot water RNP sent an invoice for 74 € for January, of which 35 € was saved for repairs. About 2020 December bill 46 dollars, of which 25 dollars savings. The total debt of the house is over 11,000 dollars and the debt is growing every month. As far as I understand, as long as the debt has not been paid, no repairs will be made. Why does the RNP do nothing with debtors? Why do I have to pay for repairs that are not actually done because they are simply not paid for? Where is the logic, if citizens cannot pay € 25, why raise to € 35?
