Poor service

I ordered the product on Monday, said it would be present on Tuesday. At the end of Wednesday, a text message arrived that the product tomorrow, thursday! I call on Thursday.. What's the case.. The shipment isn't, and it looks like it won't be.. Again, promise that it will be tomorrow, but sorry, I will send the item 4 days in advance! Tomorrow is Friday, the child has no gift! And everywhere... Both from the store and from venipak only hear-error. But I only count on 4 days in advance and I can't be sure, why do I still have to reckon with your mistake?
