On Thursday at 7 in the morning comes an sms with a message that today you can expect the product. Until 2 pm NO news from Venipak. Call yourself, yes... the shipment will only be tomorrow. No one gives any message, no one apologizes for the unnecessary 6 hours. Further, the Venipak information part is already blamed for AuStore's failure to complete the product. All the time, we are talking only about the next day - not taking into account the customer's chances that there will be no one who will get their bed with mattresses. People also have work, no opportunity to sit at home for half a day and wait. The girl from the info phone allowed herself to throw off the handset.
