Poor service, damage
From the online store, the product - Fiskars Telecopic Garden Twigs - is delayed. When unpacking, I noticed - the product is dirty, dusty. Tutorials (in no language) were included. The product turned out to be defective, the blade mechanism blocked, could not start working.
