Received my package a week late

They said I received it I never got it put it into complaints talk to BOXED they re-issued me a new one and then I got the original one only a week late so I called them back and told them that I finally received it so they could cancel the replacement

Didnt receive order

I just want my money back from getting the run around with my package I never received I was home the day it was supposed to be delivered and I checked with my neighbors the package never arrived. Just give me my 50 something back. I will never recommend ordering from your company

Order damaged

I received my order recently and the dawn soap broke in the package and leaked all over and destroyed the Kleenex I ordered. Ive been using you for a long time and have never had a problem before this. I hope you will make this right. Marilyn Williams
