I damaged the phone screen.
Hello. My family gave me a phone I bought at the RD Electronic store for cash. Since the phone always turned on and off by itself, the screen didn't work and it didn't work in any other way, I decided to return the phone to the store and demand a refund (within six months it is possible to return the phone to the store, get a refund or an equivalent phone of my choice). So I gave up the phone and demanded money. After a while, I got a call from an RD Electronic representative and offered me a newer model of this phone, which I gave up and stayed with - I wanted to get money. They then called to report that the phone on the screen had a mechanical damage (phone toll completely intact and intact - no damage was found in the store),and because of this damage they refused to repair the phone under warranty or return the money to me. So, in the end, I didn't get back any money or a newer phone, but my own - now with a damaged screen. Insisting that it was completely healthy when I handed over the phone, they still say it's my fault. I don't know who's to blame for the screen being damaged, but they don't admit their fault, and the loser is a damaged phone that I can now repair with my own money.
