Poor service
Service simply indescribable. Very long waiting time while you could rent a car (2 hours). Very cheap prices for car rental, but you have all the extras - a surcharge - petrol, mileage, the car must be clean and internally retracted, insurance. I ordered a car online, I could not remove it because there was no credit card in my name (I had a paper signed by a notary that I can use the credit card in my hinge not fit, my sister also could not pay with my credit card) in general horror, the employee did not want to cooperate with me in any way. It was 24.00 I couldn't get transport. I didn't wait two hours while he was repairing the copier while he was writing documents to the computer, and I didn't see him or his machine. Staff simply misunderstood. In those days, I really understood why I didn't live in USA. All the time. Nobody cares if you have little children who want to sleep. I understand that the rent in this company is low, but people highly recommend you to use another company. Before me stood a Norwegian and discussed with them for an hour, and he was also not at his car. I highly recommend using another car rental. I went to the sixst-machine to charge dearly, but they refused me and tried to help in any way. Also, rentals are much friendlier such as rent a car.
