I had a return for Boston Proper. The paperwork and website clearly define it has to be returned before 30 days. It also states that you will get a full refund less the $4.95 shipping. Overcharged… BEWARE!!!

They overcharged me by 20%. When I received the email receipt, which showed me their error and called, they said it would take a week to 10 days to issue the refund, even though the incorrect charge went through immediately. They admitted they made a mistake, but would delay in issuing the refund.
