Fatally damaged 3 orders. Delivered after business hours. Poor service

Venipak permanently damaged 3 shipments in April 2019. The shipments were insured for 100 dollars each, but venipak completely ignored and did not take any responsibility. The reference to the damaged shipments was completely ignored and the answer "we are sorry" was given. The most unreliable courier partner.
