card complaint about this office
I ordered a smartphone from this store with leasing services (Uno Leasing) on Monday morning around 10.00 leasing to wait for the further negotiation of the goods from the store. Waiting... waiting.. waiting.. waiting... already at 14.00 but the call as not it is not, at. 16.00 there is still no call.... I decided to call myself, I was sharply denied that they had not received confirmation from the leasing company that I would be granted a lease and that while waiting for a call most likely the next day (I understood below I waited for the call around 13.00 says that everything is in chirping and that the phone will be able to pick up tomorrow, the same day at 17.00 I get a call and I am told that unfortunately the product will be in about 5 working days because they are not in place and come from the warehouse, I asked where the warehouse stands if for so long entitled to issue. I say that coming from England through ordinary mail at such a speed, I still poke bars in my ears under the pretext of all sorts... Well ok, I reconciled because a wallet is coming from China and time is still there. Today on 11.09 call with the phrase - we are sorry, but we will not be able to offer you the product in this color because it is no longer in stock... WTF?!? First 'sell' and then just watching what's going on in the warehouse?? Or there is a strong suspicion that I sold my product to someone else because it was paid in cash by someone else right away and so that they do not have to deal with leasing services so I pushed me with an order...I WILL NEVER SEND ANYTHING TO THIS LITHUANIAN CANTOR AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO OTHERS ALSO! Terrible and careless attitude towards the customer!
