Delivery in Melbourne to Itella took 18 days and 3 empty promises
The shipment from Germany (DHL) arrived at Itella's office on January 20. As with others here, no delivery attempt was made, despite the tracking information. We waited a week, started looking for something. No one could be called, after an e-mail with a request to contact was called back and promised to deliver the next day. Not delivered, after the next email replied to the email that will be delivered this Monday. Not delivered, tracking info reappears incorrect info. Of course, no one calls or apologizes. This morning (February 7) tracking showed that it was reloaded in the vehicle, the courier even called before and delivered. So hope is, send them emails, at least they responded to them. As proof, I added a screenshot with tracking info.
