Poor service and mockery of the customer
I had been shopping in this store for a long time and everything was fine until we decided to order a more expensive gift - a coffee machine. Although their website states that the package must be delivered within 3 working days, sending the invoice with the order - ordered on Wednesday - must be given on Tuesday! On Monday I received a receipt to the e-mail that the package has been delivered and 110.shop also shows that I have removed the package! So I call them and ask how it is possible, if I have not received the ordered product yet - to which they answer that they do not really know, and the package has been forgotten in Santa Ana at all, has not reached Statoil station at all. As their own website states that the order should not be delivered for more than 3 working days, I became very angry and dissatisfied with what my operator dropped the handset on, so call again and ask to fulfill your rules and deliver the product to me as soon as possible, but the 2nd operator answers me in a raised tone! Of course, they promise to deliver the package only on Thursday. To which I called again on Thursday- this time I was told that the package had been taken to the statoil but there was no reception because it is heavier than some number of kg there- which of course I "explode" and started cursing because this information should be I don't know about them.. This time I promise to deliver the product by courier on Friday... and personally inform me when the package will be picked up from the Santa Ana office. Waiting for a lunchtime call, to which I answer again that the product FORGOTS and will be able to deliver only on Monday! IS IT NOT EXCLUSIVE? In the meantime, I have long been able to re-order the product and receive it at least 2 times, and it should be mentioned thatthat the warranty has been in effect since Monday and to my call to change the warranty card to the actual day I receive it - they answer me that in that case the order must be canceled! And the information on the website was not changed for a moment - and it still turns out that I "got it as if in time"! Which, of course, I am dissatisfied with again, because the celebration where I have to give this product is on Saturday and later I really don't have any sense of it anymore... I asked to think about how it will be delivered to my relatives at least within Santa Ana! after a long search, now found 3 types of couriers and said that they will deliver from. 17:00 to 20:00, I had already lost hope, because at 20:00 the product had not been received yet - but shortly before 23:00 at night, the courier had finally called and the product had been received!that in that case the order must be canceled! The most amazing thing is that they advertise themselves as the No.1 online store - then, you should already buy at least one car with which you can deliver the product (in such non-standard situations), because I live only 2 hours from Santa Ana, but came 7 days away!
