Poor service at customs
At customs, a woman who gives gray boxes for personal belongings is very angry and unkind. The staff changes every day, but today 06. 01. 2020 around 13'00 I was hit by one dictation crazy. I wanted to arrange my belongings better so as not to skimp on the scanner, ok I didn't notice the sign that I really shouldn't put my hands behind a plastic board, sorry, but this scolded me that there I "don't have to base my hands" and who knows what explained. I am not at all interested in the problems of the airport staff, I am a customer, I pay a lot of money for tickets, and for that I feel entitled to receive the appropriate service. Good luck!
