Poor service

Poor service. The courier does not answer the call to specify the delivery time. And when in the end managed to call the courier Says that will bring the period from 13 to 14 and fight without any info. Not for the first time problems with the times. Compared to the iExpress service, where everything is so fast and punctual that you write up to the minute when delivered.
