Claim incorrectly processed

I was admitted into hospital on the 4/05 and underwent surgery on the 07/05/21. My dr has used incorrect code which was later ammended, the secretary from the dr rooms and was assisted by a consultant. Non-compliance with the food ordered!

Hello, I would like to inform you that I had visited Oporto today at around 23:15 with friends In Kempsey. Everything would be fine, unless the seller whose name I do not remember served us very slowly. I ordered a small chicken trotilla with cola and fries. Applying several times to not blend the finished. I picked up the order. When I received the order again I asked whether a blunt trotile was inserted to which I received a reply from the seller: "A there is a sharp blunt needed?" I would like to know with which place the seller listens to the place, when the buyer repeats at least 5 times: "I don't blunt the trotile!" When ordering food. And do I ever have such a surprise?!
