I bought shoes (49, 90 Ls) and after a month and a half my heel broke, but the other one was a little broken off at the fastening. Of course, I went to the store and wrote an application to return the money to me, because the behavior of the seller was terrible... it took about 2 weeks and I received a letter refusing to return the money (neither repair nor exchange for other shoes was offered). Of course I went for my shoes and you won't believe it - I couldn't get them back for another week, even though the company's office is on Dzirnavu Street. Couldn't fetch in any way. Well, of course, I decided not to leave it at all and took my shoes for examination (they didn't offer me that). I was there, of course, that I was immediately told that it was a defect. But I paid the money and waited for a call from independent experts, when will it be ready... In the meantime, I was called by the company's manager (I had to report in a registered letter that I would do the examination myself) and told me that there was a recognized defect... they would return the money for the shoes... AND I LEARN TO WALK FIRST I said that I would expect a written answer from the experts so that they would return all the money to me, because they did not want to return the money for the examination (about 25 Ls)... how to buy something there before you think - is it worth it... it is better to go to another store, where in a few minutes you change shoes and still smile... "Aleksandra" shoe stores are still far from it, if the company's manager himself allowed something like that... (who never calls when he promises - and you wait for weeks..)
