14.09.14. pl. 2.10-2.15 I called a taxi, called back after 5-10 that the car is already here! We go out into the room, but there are no meters. For a few minutes, I called again, said the machine had not arrived, I repeated the address, replied that I would find out. Wait another 30 minutes, no ringing, no car. Calling for the 3rd time, I ask or have not forgotten, explained that we are in the center (with a similar name is the street in Zolitude), says wait. After another 20min neither news nor misses from the taxi. Call for the 4th time (total waiting time - hour)! I ask if I can tell you how long to wait for what I am asked to do.or call the correct number? I name the number I called 4 times, the answer is that such a call is NOT REGISTERED at all! And no one even tried to apologize for the inconvenience, or offer a faster solution to the situation! After such answers, of course, call another company! So far there have been no problems with this company, but due to this attitude and unprofessionalism, I would not use their services!
