Poor service

On May 2, 2020, it was necessary to scan some documents. I decided to do it in Copy Pro. Type scanned. Please write the files to my media. Said a new folder with the specified files has been created. There was a lot of frustration when I wanted to send the files to the accountant. There were no files or folders... I called the specific printing service to ask for the files to be sent by e-mail. Said you can't help because you can't find such files. Time will be lost, money will be spent, but no benefit.
