Emergency service that is not valid for anything
It is interesting how "emergency service" works in Melbourne house manager. It's Saturday morning around 11. 00, I lost electricity in the apartment, I look at the cork place in the electrical cabinet. So I hear a strange sound where I don't want to get caught up, like a woman. Trying to call the emergency service, of course, can not call when the call says that information has been passed on to the masters and wait for the master to arrive sometime. When I ask how long to wait, they say they don't know, and they don't say how long the master could come. (I don't think he works 24h). Does the office person really have so little communication with a colleague and can't ask for an approximate time of arrival? I have to sit at home all day and wait for maybe one of the masters will call me. What is it about service? And what do I pay for the management money? Once you really need to, you can't come. At 18. 40 no one has called back, will or will not be a master. In principle, people in the office don't care.
