waiting for hours

I'm shocked that Panda taxis don't even have a website to send your complaint to! I waited an hour yesterday, three times a call, the disoecere entangled in non-compliance and could not even after 3 calls tell when my taxi will be! Of course, I also lost my temper and said that if there is so much debleness that I do not understand, call someone who will be able to answer my questions. The girl used it to say that I was rude and dropped the handset. Red Cab immediately took over, I won't use Panda anymore.
