Deliberate fraud and lying
Traveling to Montenegro July 11-21, 2020. It was promised that at the destination tourists will be accommodated in a 3-star apartment hotel. In reality, customers were placed in narrow rooms without a table, chairs, broken plumbing, a flowing toilet, with an unlockable exterior door, an unlockable balcony door, a lizard running through the floor, a hole in the wall instead of a ventilation hatch, and of course no "stars". The company knew all this well, but continued to lie and deliberately deceive customers.
