Fraud
We park the car at Shopping Center VIVO. The check-in machine is in the shop itself. The parking lot is quite large. As long as we go to the machine (there is always a line), we register the machine. The machine does not give any checks or proof. We picked up from the store after 30 minutes and saw the penalty. It turns out that as long as a person goes to the registrar, someone will come to the car and write a sentence. This same story has been told by my college. And the next day, I noticed a whole line with a car that had been sentenced. CityParking are stealing money from people illegally!
