Bureaucracy
I applied for a telephone operator job at AuMobile ahead of time. As I am currently studying, I do not apply for a higher position. When I received the phone call, I was puzzled as to why the phone call turned into a job interview. In addition, I feel that my competence for this post is being called into question. Maybe my kinship did not really comply with the company's policy (?), But unfortunately, when using the services of this company, I have encountered complete nonsense - "put people" in higher positions.
