VEHICLE RETURN STATEMENT

I RETURNED THE VEHILE AFTER A MISERABLE 3 YR LEASE. I RECEIVED A STATEMENT FOR “EXCESS WEAR &; USE”. WHEN VEHICLE WAS INSPECTED AT THE DEALER I WAS TOLD “VEHICLE LOOKS GREAT”. Inaccurate speedometer

I have a new 2020 BMW X3. The speedometer reads about 3 miles per hour faster than actual speed. This is a known problem, confirmed by my BMW dealers service department. Apparently BMW foisted a number of vehicles with mis-calibrated speedometers on an unsuspecting American public. Now refuses to do anything about it since its within spec.... Read more➤

BMW no longer supports online access.

5 years after I bought my 2016 x3 they tell me they no longer support online access. Seems like a little thing. My navigation doesn’t work any more, voice access is severely limited. One of the original features I really liked was the navigation and online access. Paid extra for it. Now, I just get oh too... Read more➤
