on the attitude of the owners

We kindly ask you not to use the Nacional Travel agency, as its owners are VERY UNFAIR people and it would be a gentle saying, me and a group of 54 others. You could argue, because we expressed everything possible from them during the trip to Croatia in the period from 20. 09. 2017 to 27. 09. 2017, the attitude was terrible, contemptuous, our guide was slandered at all and was already left without a place to live, pay or live on arrival in Croatia. Court work is guaranteed for them! The attitude on their part is the most upbeat that can be even better for their dog. You can't believe it and go enjoy it yourself, but you know that during 2000km neither of them will talk to you on the way, because maybe both of them will go on the trip,because their opinion is that the guide is just unnecessary unnecessary expenses, not one of the cities you will cross will not give you a word, well, if you warn at the border that passports must be prepared, if they do not sleep and do not argue at the time who will tell you that passports must be prepared.
