But the big question - how much the matrix has already burned for an hour, unfortunately it is not shown anywhere. Of course the warranty period - 2 years will definitely serve, but after that? I was not satisfied with the price of a 'new' monitor, the monitor costs € 580, so I asked for a discount, I said at least 25% (~ € 150) because there are also visual defects and it is not known about the matrix hours. The salesman called the shift manager, then we made all the same long speeches, the manager had no problem giving me this discount and also agreed with me, but he had to call the management and ask if he could grant. After 10 minutes, he gave me a handset and then the epic began - in a broken English language with a depressing tone, the phrase answers me - it will definitely not be possible! I am asking for an explanation because the product is not new, so there is no need to ask for the price of a new product. I am trying to plug the bars in my ears that the warranty does not decrease and is the same and that you can buy an 'additional' warranty from them for an additional amount. Then I say, well then 100 € discount (~ 18%) and their free extra warranty, then I buy the product. Also refused. All that was offered at the end is a € 30 discount (~ 5% of the value of the item) this time I refused and say that I will be waiting for a new monitor that is written on the specified date. I'll wait another 3 days... I ordered a new monitor in the store. The day is coming, call me - we are sorry, the manufacturer no longer delivers this product to us. Therefore, it will not be possible to receive the product. I ask whether the manufacturer puts the conveyor in the machines and takes you directly to the shops. He was a little confused and said ' well, he's unfortunately...' well, as it is. Goodbye. On the same day I ordered the same monitor model from another store for 550 € without any discounts, after two working days he was already standing at the table. I look, the store is still available. On the website chatting to them I write, why are you cheating? Why the product is 'available' but not physically available. In a chat, I am told that the product is in a Los Angeles street store. I answer, then write down to the product that the product is 'off the shelf' and not new. - 'thanks for the suggestion. ' at least another week has passed, the product is still in the assortment as new and there is nothing recorded that it has been used. Only the price is dropped for 10 €. Hopefully someone also read this 3,000 symbol complaint to the end. Be careful! When we receive the product, we always check that the box is not open and is originally closed.
