Horrible company, pays for nothing, awful Junk policy coverage.

I would not have taken my current job had I realized how terrible the insurance coverage is. I pay over 15K a year for a family plan that seems to cover nothing. Stuck in the 90s

Billing will be knocking on your credit report before SC BCBS acknowledges your claim. Everything is over the phone or by mail, with long wait times and weeks of mail sitting at BCBS waiting for a claim to be filed. They don’t seem to know that it’s 2019.
