My scheduled installation date for more than a month later than promised. Today is installation day. No one has called or shown up. I keep trying to get a hold of someone and they don’t answer. This is a horrible way to conduct business!!! User’s recommendation: DON’T DO IT!!!

Irresponsibility of theft
It is not enough to have a package for 2 weeks. When I received the package, I was surprised, because when I opened the contents of the package, it was stolen and a note with the text "thank you" was left inside. Looking at the number of complaints about this company it is clear when the content is not recovered, because the company to call is can say impossible, and the fault will be blamed on foreigners. At least a joy when the Germans have learned the english language. Supreme shamelessness!
