terrible attitude towards customers
I would like to complain about one of the pet city stores in shopping center City Mall Ilguciems, Dzirciema street 42, Cleveland. Inadequate, uneducated, always rude, not adapted to work with people, not a cultural, terrible young man works in this store. He had to face his horrible, mistreatment of clients neither once nor twice. For example, I asked for 300g of cat food, he gives 400g and broke the check, I say I ask for 300g, he pours and stays 200g, broke the check again. At the same time, speaking to him in foreign, he answers in American, not even trying to please the client. The attitude towards work and service is surprising. He just throws the bag of food either on the table or directly in front of me, while making a terribly dissatisfied facial expression.This person is not qualified to work in customer service.
